Ten of President Obama's Striking Characteristics

We all know that  (1)  President Obama has kind eyes and a winning smile!  Mine should be as electric.  Michelle Obama's beaming smile is right up there with his, too.

The most ENVIABLE characteristic of President Obama is the fact that
(2)  he NEVER gets flustered.  You will never see him sweat!

An extremely COMMENDABLE characteristic of the President is
(3)  his continual public elevation of his sweetheart and mother of  his children.  He elevates Michelle at every turn, and I LOVE hearing it!  I can CONCRETELY say that this is his most ENDEARING quality!  Just by virtue of him being able to exhibit such humility illustrates to any thinking individual what a strong gentleman our President is.  Humility is the highest form of strength!  Too many husbands, or partners, put their wives, or partners, down in public and/or in private.  Also, the President continually displays deep affection toward his daughters in public; his enduring love is plainly visible.  His accepting pat on everybody's back is endearing.  Hopefully,  (4)  the President's paradigm will influence others.  The 24 year-old Meghan McCain is one who thinks the President is in danger of overexposing himself in the media.  I look forward to President Barack Obama being overexposed in and out of the media!

Barack Hussein Obama's (I think it's a beautiful name!) true character was also revealed during his presidential campaign.  Unlike Sarah Palin's camp, in particular; not a negative, inciting, abusive word was directed from Barack's camp toward his rivals.
(5)  No assault ever came from the Obama camp; yet, he was called every nasty name in the nasty opposition's book.  He never wavered or retaliated.

I think we would all concur that
(6) Mr. Obama managed his presidential election campaign/battle with a superior, and noteworthy, managerial skill (You can't argue with that!) and we want him to employ that managerial talent inside the White House, and he does.  He, himself, said that he is a good manager, and we want that confidence in our President.

I can still vividly visualize (Some visions just stick with us!  Whether we want them to, or not.), for instance, Rudolph Gulliani's cachinnating, and mocking, of Barack Obama's
(7)  community organizing!  I can still graphically envision the smirk on Gulliani's face!  This belittling of the multitudinous people that Mr. Obama helped is unprofessional and insulting to those people - insinuating that those people in Chicago are not worth much, not worthy of being helped.  I'm surprised that this detraction and derogation came from Mr. Gulliani!  As did many of us, I lost some respect for the former mayor of New York.

(8)  President Obama is a vigorous and charismatic orator (like his father)!  In every facet of his campaign, every word that could be was twisted, (and still is now), in an attempt to make him look bad, but we saw/see through all of the sophomoric hoopla; and, of course, YOU LOST THE ELECTION (all of you who did not vote for Candidate Obama!)  Too bad.  Presidential candidate, John McCain, did somewhat endeavor near the end to clean up his people's attempts to downgrade the candidate that even he described as "a good man."  (Remember the elderly lady in the audience who called Barack a terrorist?)  I give Senator McCain vast credit for that, at least!  The Senator kept his reputation in tact.

The opposition (You know who you are.) could have gotten Barack killed with the dangerous verbal incitement!  Fortunately, you are not the ones who say "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" as to which gladiator lives or dies in the political Colosseum; you don't say "yea" or "nea" as to who lives or dies, literally!  Nice try, though!  What were you going to say, then, had the unthinkable occurred?  "Ooops!?"  I was worried about Barack during his campaign and relieved when he got through the election physically unscathed!  Then, I knew he'd be all right in the future!

(9)  Thank you, Mr.  President!  for taking the high road and being a good example to our country!  We love you not, in particular, because of your politics, I mean politics, schmolotics (I leave that to the politicians.  There is not a whole lot more that I can do, but vote!), but because of you, the gentleman - the gentle man!  For those who are not aware:  Gentleness is strength!

I often say that
(10)  the President has "the mentality," "the disposition," "the ways," "the instinct," of a preacher, like Martin Luther King (The exact noun that I'm looking for escapes me at the moment.), not because he preaches, per se, but because he is innately  good, comparable to any of our world's greatest religious leaders!  His goodness seeps through.  It shows!

GOOD LUCK!  MR. PRESIDENT!!!  You are now our President whether we voted for you, or not!

(Can we ever be truly overexposed to such commendable characteristics that are Barack Obama!?)
